IGET Chosen as NODWIN Gaming’s Dispute Resolution Partner for Global Operations

Geneva, Switzerland – NODWIN Gaming, a leading global esports and entertainment company, has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to embed IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its operations. The MoU was signed during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.

The adoption of the IGET framework ensures that disputes arising across NODWIN Gaming’s diverse portfolio including tournaments, influencer management, content production, marketing, and brand activations will be handled through a trusted, independent process. By enshrining IGET into its operational documentation and governance structures, NODWIN Gaming is reinforcing its long-standing commitment to integrity, fairness, and transparency, while further aligning with international standards that underpin the global growth of esports.

Established by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC), IGET delivers tailored and globally accessible Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. Its remit extends across integrity-related cases, contractual disputes, sponsorship matters, and intellectual property conflicts making it uniquely suited to the dynamic and international esports ecosystem.

Stephen Hanna, Executive Director of the International Games and Esports Tribunal, commented:

“We are delighted to be working with NODWIN Gaming and to see their adoption of IGET’s framework as a cornerstone of their operations. By embedding IGET into their governance structures, NODWIN is setting an international benchmark for fairness and accountability. This decision reflects the values of integrity and trust that are vital to the continued growth and professionalism of global esports.”

Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director, NODWIN Gaming, added:

“This partnership with IGET marks a pivotal step in our journey to scale NODWIN’s operations with the highest standards of governance. As NODWIN Gaming aggressively expands its footprint across emerging markets, ensuring that all stakeholders—players, partners, and collaborators—have access to a credible and transparent dispute resolution process strengthens the foundation of trust on which the esports industry must be built.”
