How to Apply for Dispute Resolution at IGET

Applying to resolve a dispute through IGET is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to initiate the process:

1. Request & Complete Your Application and Attach Supporting Documents

If you are ready to send your application to IGET, please email apply@iget.gg to request an application form. When filling out the application form with the required details, we will ask you questions including:

• Your information as the applicant.
• The details of the other party involved (the Respondent).
• A brief description of the dispute.
• The relief or outcome you are seeking.
• You may choose to include any relevant documents that support your application, such as:
  1. Submission agreement.
  2. Contract or extract of the relevant model clause.

2. Submission and Review

Once you submit your application, we will review it within three business days of receipt. As part of this process, IGET will validate your application to ensure all necessary information is included.

3. Next Steps

Once validated, we will contact you with the next steps, including setting up a preliminary conference to discuss your case further.
